This is the second EmpowerMindTraining program in the series, and a natural follower to physical relaxation. The program should be used daily for three to four weeks, or until you experience that you are mentally relaxed, not only while training, but also in your daily life. The program will also improve your sleep quality, reduce stress, reduce noise from multible thoughts, increase your focus and make you more tolerent.
