For optimal result, begin by listing to the program “Physical- and Mental relaxation” for a few weeks, before you start listening to the program “Anxiety relief”, or you can listen the program parallel with the two others.
Anxiety can be due to loss of control and it will be normal if you experience a sense of loosing control during mental training. Therefor if you experience anxiety attacks while you are training, then we recommend returning to “Physical relaxation” and return to the comfortable state you are brought in during this program.
